OUR FEES
Depending on your preferences and the nature of your case, we offer three types of fee arrangements:
- Hourly: fees are billed based on time spent.
- Fixed fee: we agree together on a global definitive fee.
- Success fee: necessarily supplementary to fixed fee (hourly or package) pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 71-1130 of December 31, 1971 reforming certain judicial and legal professions.
Some useful clarifications:
In judicial proceedings, you may qualify for legal aid. This is remuneration paid by the State to lawyers varying by procedure type. It may be full or partial based on income. If full, no payment required. If partial, supplementary fees must be paid to the lawyer. If income exceeds legal aid threshold, your insurance policy may cover all or part of our fees. We invite you to check with insurers, who most often include "legal protection" coverage. In certain cases, courts award the winning party an indemnity covering all or part of fees advanced.
