An international, human and strategic vision of the legal profession
With over six years of experience in renowned law firms, from niche specialist structures to international Big Four groups, as well as a stint in a major French industrial group, I chose to found AMS Firm to offer independent, personalized and committed support. This multidisciplinary and multicultural journey, at the crossroads of business law, real estate law and international law, today shapes a transversal approach to each case, focused on understanding the overall economic, human and legal issues.

Being a lawyer means first and foremost embodying a trusted partner. I place central importance on the human dimension of the client relationship: listening, responsiveness, clear communication, risk anticipation and transparency are at the heart of my professional commitment. Thanks to a network built through my academic and professional experiences, I can refer you to foreign colleagues or ultra-specialized experts (tax law, labor law, IP/IT...), and also work with them in synergy on transversal cases. The firm also relies on an ecosystem of partners from real estate (architects, experts, developers) and economy (accountants, strategy consultants, tax specialists) to address complex real estate and business law issues from a 360° perspective.
