Processing of personal data
AMS undertakes to comply with the applicable legislation on the protection of privacy and personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (the “GDPR”). The purpose of this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is to: enable you to communicate your personal information with confidence and confidentiality when interacting with AMS, by any means, in particular when using the website https://www.ams-lawfirm.com (the “Website”); inform you of the purposes for which AMS processes the data collected; inform you of the measures implemented to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data; and more generally, inform you of your rights relating to personal data. 1. How long is your personal data retained? When the purposes for which personal data were collected have been fulfilled, such data are deleted. Deletion may take the form of anonymisation. Where applicable, personal data may be retained in anonymised form for statistical purposes. 7. To whom may AMS disclose your personal data?
